We're targeting delivery in January 2026. Production takes about 12 weeks, and we'll ship as soon as the first batch is complete. You'll receive regular updates throughout production and fullfillment.
We stand fully behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact drinkelectrolete@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery to initiate the return process. We ask that you share your valuable input as to why you are requesting a return, so that we may strive to improve your customer experience in the future.
Please note, we are only able to accept returns/provide refunds for orders purchased through drinkelectrolete.com. Samples/ merchandise/ gift with purchase items will not be eligible for return.
ELECTROLETE may reject returns if there is prior abuse or failure to return product or any behavior ELECTROLETE determines is suspicious or violates stores policies.
